(Aliso Viejo, Calif. – February 14, 2022) Futures Academy has relocated from Mission Viejo to Aliso Viejo. The accredited middle and high school that specializes in personalized and small group education will resume classes Tuesday, February 15.
The new campus is located at 120 Vantis Drive, in Aliso Viejo, about three miles from its current Mission Viejo location. Futures Academy is a leader in relationship-based learning. Students are taught in real-time, in 1:1 and small-group formats. Futures offers live, virtual, or blended schedules based on families and student’s needs.
The Aliso Viejo campus is easily accessible in its first-floor location, has a student outdoor patio, three group learning rooms, separate social and quiet areas, and additional space for learning and curriculum enhancements. Its proximity to Aliso Viejo Town Center will increase the frequency of student field trips and offer families an array of before and after school dining options and personal services.
“We’re delighted to be relocating to Aliso Viejo and are grateful for the partnership of the Mission Viejo community,” said Head of School Sagui Doering. “Having a dedicated outdoor space for students and being close to so many amenities is a great bonus for our students, staff and families.”
Futures, first established 36 years ago, replicated its model throughout California. Its Mission Viejo campus was one of the first campuses established. Futures Academy enrolls students year-round. Families interested in touring the new campus can learn more here or contact Doering at (888) 425-7876.
Parents interested in enrolling their student will receive a free MAP assessment. MAP testing is an invaluable tool that helps the Futures team identify and discover student’s strengths in key subject areas. The test results are completely individualized to each student, providing a holistic picture of the student's grade level proficiency in the Common Core Standards, relative to other students across the country at their grade level. It also provides projected academic growth information, so teachers and students can set personalized and realistic academic goals.
